Resurfacing

When your paving has a few problem areas, you may not want to spend the money on a full reconstruction. Resurfacing is an ideal solution for many people because:

  • Resurfacing typically only takes a few days as opposed to a week or more for reconstruction
  • An overlay is more affordable than tearing up, hauling out, and repaving an area
  • Easy solution for sites that are not substantially damaged.
  • Patching and sealcoating may also be an option.

The process typically involves milling the surface of the existing pavement and then applying a tack coat adhesive. Our team of specialists will then put down a leveling course of asphalt, followed by the overlay. All areas are checked with a laser before starting any project to make sure they qualify for resurface as opposed to a demo and regrade due to inadequate flow.
