- Resurfacing typically only takes a few days as opposed to a week or more for reconstruction
- An overlay is more affordable than tearing up, hauling out, and repaving an area
- Easy solution for sites that are not substantially damaged.
- Patching and sealcoating may also be an option.
The process typically involves milling the surface of the existing pavement and then applying a tack coat adhesive. Our team of specialists will then put down a leveling course of asphalt, followed by the overlay. All areas are checked with a laser before starting any project to make sure they qualify for resurface as opposed to a demo and regrade due to inadequate flow.
